Bible Classes and Prayer

Your child should never feel that praying or reading their Bible in school could result in ridicule or punishment. Studying the Holy Bible, regular devotionals and prayer are vital parts of each school day at CACC. We understand that knowing Biblical truths is essential to a quality education; therefore, Bible is a required subject.  The King James Version of the Bible is the textbook used with A Beka stories for the younger students and supplementary lessons.  Students are encouraged to lead prayer and there will be multiple daily opportunities for class prayer.

Chapel

A school-wide chapel service is conducted each Wednesday morning at 8:15.  Classes rotate the responsibility of leading the chapel programs.  When a class gets to lead chapel, their teacher will guide and help to prepare the students. Students can briefly summarize what they are learning in class, perform a song, act in a play, play a musical instrument, testify, request prayer and/or preach. The teachers are supportive, understanding and encouraging to all students that wish to share their special calling for the Lord. Area pastors, teachers, Christian leaders and Christian entertainers serve as chapel speakers. Parents, Grandparents and other family members are encouraged to attend when possible.
