Please read and sign below indicating a sincere desire that your child become or remain a student at Christian Academy of Campbell County. By completing this application, I/we understand that if my/our child is admitted to CACC I/we willfully support the purpose, philosophy, principles, policies and procedures as outlined in the schoolhandbook. I/we will accept the mission that CACC is to provide a Christ-centered education by equipping our child spiritually, academically and physically for today and eternity. Also, I/we will provide a valid birth certificate, current physical examination, social security card and a current State of Tennessee Immunization Record.

There is a one time nonrefundable application fee of $50.00 per student that should be mailed to the school once the application is completed.  The application will not be considered until the fee is received.
